隆乳女性的受术动机及其心理状态调查分析

目的：探讨隆乳女性的受术动机及其术前、后各阶段的心理状态。方法：通过反复、深入、细致的交流访谈，了解其真实的主要动机及心理活动。结果：94.2％的受术女性主要动机均与其恋爱、婚姻、性心理困扰有直接、密切的关系。各阶段心理活动复杂多变。结论：施术者在提供完美隆乳术的同时，应了解患者深层次的心理状态，并尽可能多地给予其贴切、专业的心理治疗，力图达到使其获得身心皆佳的治疗效果。

Investigation and analysis on motives and psychology of females which took augmentation mammaplaty

Objective To explore the motives of 87 females which took augmentation mammaplaty and what their psychology is during different periods of the operation. Methods To understand the patients' real motives and psychology by having minute and deepgoing conversations as well as interviews with the patients several times. Results 94.2% of 87 females took the operation with the motives directly and closely connected with either their respective love,marriage or their troubled sexual psychology.They had complex psychology varying in different periods of time. Conclusion To achieve the perfect treating result that may benefit the patients both physically and psyclologically,the operating doctor should perform augmentation mammaplaty as professionally and perfectly as possible,and at the same time, try to offer the patients confidential and professional psychological treatment as much as possible after knowing well about patients deep psychological motives and psychology.
