| 摘 要： | 目的 研究心肺脑复苏时联合应用肾上腺素、血管升压素的疗效。方法133例心跳骤停的患者随机分为两组，肾上腺素标准剂量组（对照组）66例，肾上腺素联合血管加压素组（治疗组）67例，各组分别观察其有效率及存活率。结果治疗组、对照组有效率分别为68．7％、36．4％，存活率分别为29．9％、9．1％。治疗组有效率及存活率明显高于对照组。结论心肺脑复苏期间，联合应用肾上腺素、血管加压素比单独应用标准剂量的肾上腺素能显著提高心肺脑复苏的有效率和存活率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of epinephrine combined with vasopressin on cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation（CPRC）. Methods 133 patients with cardiac arrest were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 66 cases in control group were solely treated with epinephrine, whereas the other 67 cases in treatment group were treated with epinephrine and vasopressin. The survival rate and the successful rate were observed in each group. Results The survival rates were 68.7% and 36.4% in treatment group and control group, respectively, and the successful rates were 29.9% and 9.1% in treatment group and control group, respectively. Conclusions Epinephrine and vasopressin can obviously improve the survival rate and the successful rate of CPRP. |
