小潮气量联合高水平呼气末正压通气治疗婴幼儿呼吸窘迫综合征效果观察

摘    要:目的:分析小潮气量联合高水平呼气末正压通气治疗婴幼儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。方法:选取40例婴幼儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿,按住院顺序分为治疗组和对照组,各20例。对照组患者采用大潮气量联合高水平呼气末正压通气治疗,治疗组患者采用小潮气量联合高水平呼气末正压通气治疗。对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组机械通气时间、住院时间较对照组短,死亡率较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者血气水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小潮气量联合高水平呼气末正压通气治疗婴幼儿呼吸窘迫综合征临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the the effects of positive expiratory end pressure ventilation com- bined with low tidal volume on infant respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: 40 infants with re- spiratory distress syndrome were selected and divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases) according to the admission time. The control group was given positive expiratory end pressure ventilation combined with high tidal volume while the treatment group was given posi- tive expiratory end pressure ventilation combined with low tidal volume. The clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results: Compared with control group, mechanical ventila- tion time and hospital stay was shorter, the mortality rate was higher the treatment group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Indexs of blood-gas analysis in treatment group were superior to control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) Conclusion : The effects of positive expiratory end pressure ventilation combined with low tidal vol- ume was significant for infant respiratory distress syndrome. It deserved the clinical expansion.
