济源某焦化厂职业卫生现状调查

目的:了解济源某焦化厂的主要职业危害,防止职业病发生,保证作业工人健康。方法:调查职业卫生现场,监测作业场所职业危害因素,对接触职业危害因素工人健康检查结果进行分析。结果:主要的职业危害因素是粉尘、噪声、一氧化碳、氨、二硫化碳、焦炉逸散物、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、萘、3,4-苯并(a)芘、酚、硫化氢、氢氧化钠、硫酸、二氧化硫、二氧化氮。检测点粉尘、噪声、焦炉逸散物、3,4-苯并(a)芘超标率分别为26.7%、23.5%、25.0%、50.0%,其它因素均未超标;职业健康检查结果显示,粉尘工作工人中职业禁忌证1人,未发现职业病患者。结论:该厂存在危害因素较多,对人体的危害应引起足够重视,应改进技术,提高防护措施,改善工人作业环境,加强个人防护用品使用的监管。

Investigation on the occupational health status of a coking plant in Jiyuan

Objective： To understand the main occupational hazards of the coking plant, prevent the occurrence of occupational disease and protect workers＇ health. Methods： The field survey of occupational health was carried out. The factors of occupational hazards exiting in the workplace were detected. The results of workers＇ health examination were analyzed. Results： In the coke plant, there were 17 kinds of main occupational hazards, including dust, noise, carbon monoxide, ammonia, carbon disulfide, coke oven emissions, benzene, toluene, xylene, naphthaline, 3,4- benzo（a） pyrene, phenol, hydrogen sulfide, sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, sulfur dioxide, ni- trogen oxides, the results showed that 26.7% ,23.5% ,25.0% ,50.0% of the monitored work- places exceeded the national standards in dust, noise, coke oven emissions, 3,4- benzo（a） py- rene respectively, the other factors met the national standards. Occupational health examination re- sults show that there was one professional contraindication who contacted dust and no suspected oc- cupational disease patient. Conclusion： There were many occupational hazards existing in the co- king plant, so the plant should pay attention to the harm to human body. It is necessary to improve technology, protection measures and working environment, strengthen supervision of personal pro- tection devices.
