死亡医学证明书填报存在的问题及解决措施

目的提高死亡医学证明书填报质量，为研究居民死亡率、死亡原因及变动规律提供依据。方法针对某院2010年598份死亡医学证明书填报中存在的问题进行统计、分析。结果正确填写死亡医学证明书436份，正确率为72．91％。162份存在缺陷，共出现缺陷次数185次。其中，以各种衰竭作为直接死因占总缺陷数最高，构成比为29．19％，其次为基础项目漏填、错填，占构成比20．00％。结论通过加强死亡医学证明书填写环节的质量控制、对相关人员培训、专人负责等一系列措施提高死亡医学证明书的填报质量。

The Existing Problems and Solutions of Medical Death Certificate
