规范书写细胞病理检查申请单的必要性

目的分析细胞病理检查申请单的填写状况,提高病理诊断的及时性及准确率。方法通过检查本院病理科2010年1月～2010年12月细胞病理检查申请单2149份,发现存在的问题。结果有160份细胞病理检查申请单不合格,不合格率为7．4％,其中造成病理报告延误21份。结论细胞病理检查申请单书写是否完善、规范,直接关系到病理诊断的及时性、准确性及病理资料的完整性。

The Necessity of Writing Cell Pathological Examination Application Form with Specifications
