| 摘 要： | 目的评价临床路径的实施效果，为全面实施临床路径提供依据。方法用t检验比较神经内科2个单病种实施临床路径前后的住院日和住院费用。结果癫痫、短暂性脑缺血的平均住院日分别下降了1．24天、9．93天（P〈0．05）；住院费用分别减少了19．56％、1．36％（P〈0．05）。结论实施病种临床路径可以提高医疗服务效率、节省医疗成本、为缓解“看病难、看病贵”提供一定的政策思路。
