| 摘 要： | 目的探讨奥氮平与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将148例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组（奥氮平组）75例和对照组（利培酮组）73例，分别服用奥氮平、利培酮治疗。于治疗前及治疗第2月、4月、8月及12个月末采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定临床疗效，同时以社会功能缺陷筛选表（SDSS）评定社会功能；以副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果奥氮平组与利培酮组在痊愈率、显效率、PANSS评分与SDSS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），奥氮平组在锥体外系反应、内分泌失调等方面少于利培酮组，在体质量增加方面多于利培酮组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论奥氮平和利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症疗效均好；但是奥氮平的不良反应少，安全性高，依从性好。
