| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CYP2C19基因多态性与氯吡咯雷对血小板抑制率之间的关系。方法选取某院诊断为急性冠脉综合征患者76例,均口服氯吡格雷,利用血栓弹力图方法测定氯吡咯雷对血小板的抑制率,利用基因芯片试剂盒原理测定CYP2C19基因型。本试验共检测六种基因亚型。结果我国人群以CYP2C19＊1＊1,CYP2C19＊1＊2基因亚型为主。比较六种CYP2C19基因亚型患者氯吡咯雷对血小板的抑制率。结果无统计学差异,P〉0.05。结论 CYP2C19基因型与氯吡咯雷对血小板抑制率无明显关系,所以,对于ACS患者无论CYP2C19基因型如何均应按指南推荐剂量使用氯吡咯雷。
