| 摘 要： | 目的设计出一套适合我院的数字化病案管理信息系统，全面提升其病案的服务与利用功能，提高病案管理效率。方法通过对我院病案管理现状的分析，阐述病案管理数字化的必要性；并设计出数字化病案管理系统并应用。结果数字化病案管理系统根据功能结构划分为病案示踪、首页管理、病案扫描、医疗统计四个模块，数字化病案管理系统的实际应用实现了病案首页信息利用、病案流通、医疗信息统计、病案存储等病案管理工作的数字化。结论数字化病案管理系统有效提升了医院病案的服务利用水平，提高了病案管理工作整体效率，提高了病案管理信息化水平。
