超声在诊断宫外孕中的临床指导作用

目的：探讨超声检查在宫外孕临床诊断中的价值。方法：回顾分析我院101例可疑宫外孕超声检查情况，将超声结果与临床病理以及随访资料进行对比。结果：101例可疑病例中，经临床手术及保守治疗最后确诊94例，假阳性4．7％，假阴性2．2％，诊断准确率为93．1％。其中，流产型9例，占9．6％；破裂型39例，占41．5％；未破裂型17例，占18．1％；陈旧型29例，占30．8％；结论：超声检查在宫外孕诊断中能够提供有价值的信息，可对绝大部分宫外孕进行准确诊断。检查迅速且无痛苦、无创伤，可作妇产科急症首选的检查方法。

The Clinical Value Central of Ultrasonography for the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To discuss the value of the ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis on 101 cases suspected as extra uterine pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound examination was performed.Results The 101 cases were diagnosed to be ectopic pregnancy by ultrasonography and 94 cases were confirmed by clinical. The false positive and the false nega- tive rates were 4.7% and 2.2%, respectively.The diagnostic accuracy rate was 94.8%. In the 101 cases of ectopic pregnancy,miscarriage-9 cases accounted for 9.6%;breach-39 cases,41.5%;unbroken-17 cases,18.1%;dated-29 cases,30.8%. Conclusion The nltrasonography provides significant information for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy ,and it is also painless and woundless.It could be a preferred method for emergent diagnosis ectopic pregnancy.
