上海市彭浦镇外来人员就医行为调查分析

目的通过调查了解彭浦镇外来常住人员的健康状况及其求医行为，找出其中存在的问题，分析影响求医行为的因素，为改善外来人员的求医行为提供信息，为彭浦镇外来人口的管理提供政策依据。方法根据所要收集的指标设计调查问卷，对样本人群进行问卷调查，采用分层抽样方法对数据进行分析。结果调查对象的平均年龄为33．99岁，青壮年为主；其中被调查者的文化水平较低，高中以下者占80％；职业主要为劳力型工种，占38．89％；多数被调查者无基本医疗保险，占本次调查者的63．33％。外来人员患病后多采取到药店买药进行治疗，小病或症状较轻时多采取不治疗，仅有12.22％的人去医院诊治。结论由于外来人员属于低收入且无医疗保障人群，虽然在患病后症状加重时想就医，但是限于经济和社会环境，患病就医者仍处低水平。因此，加强健康教育，政府提供相应医疗保障措施是改善外来人员就医状况的关键。

Investigation on Health Seeking Behavior of Floating Population in Pengpu Town

Objective To investigate the health situation and the health seeking behavior of the noating population in Pengpu town in hope to provide government with policy measures for the management of the floating population. Methods The questionnaire was designed according to the needed index, and stratified and cluster sampling and investigation were carried out. Results The average age of informant was 33.99, and the young and middle-aged was in major. The educational level of informants was low ,the education qualification under high school made up 80%. The majority of occupation was labor style, taking up 38.89%. The majority of those informants had not basic medical insurance;the percentage of them was 63.33%. When the floating population was sick, most of them went to drugstore. To the slight disease, they usually did not go to see a doctor. Only 12.22% of them should go to hospital. Conclusions The floating population is low income and non-medicine-security. Although they want to go to hospital when their condition is worsen ,they are limited by their economic and social condition ,they still go to hospital in low frequency. Therefore,enhancing health education and government providing the floating population with medicine security is the key of improving the condition of visiting doctor of, the floating population.
