| 摘 要： | 独特型及抗独特型抗体源自免疫网络学说,抗独特型抗体具有模拟抗原及免疫调节的作用.基于这一理论基础,抗独特型抗体已被J一泛应用于疾病的免疫诊断、疫苗及免疫治疗等方面的研究中.该义就抗独特型抗体的制备、鉴定方法以及其在寄生虫病领域中的研究进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Idiotype and anti-idiotype antibody were put forward in the theory of immune network.Based on the concept that anti-idiotype antibody exhibits the characteristics with antigen imitation and immune modulation,it has been widely used in immunodiagnosis,vaccine and immunotherapy of diseases.In this review,the progress Oil production,characterization of anti-idiotype antibody and its application in parasitic diseases were summarized. |
