| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针刺治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及其与白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平变化的关系。方法将120例脑梗死患者随机分为针药组、药物组各60例,采用ELISA法测定各组治疗前后IL-6水平,判定治疗前后临床疗效变化。结果针药组脑梗死患者发病第1天IL-6水平(0.085±0.014)与药物组(0.087±0.012)无显著差异(P>0.05),而在发病第3、7及14天时显著低于药物组,而针药组脑梗死患者愈显率(75%)较药物组(53.5%)显著提高。结论针刺治疗能够有效改善临床疗效,显著降低血清IL-6水平。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of acupuncture treatment to acute cerebral infarction and the relation with interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods: 120 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into acupuncture-medicine group and medicine group,60 cases in each group.Levels of IL-6 were determined by ELISA,and changes of neurological function were analysed after the onset of 1day,3days,7days and 14days.Result:The level of IL-6 after onset of 1day had no obviously change in contrast to medicine group(P>0.05),while the level IL-6 after the onset of 3days,7days and 14days decreased significantly in contrast to medicine group(P<0.05).And rate of the availability and cure in acupuncture-medicine group increased obviously than medicine group.Conlusions:Acupuncture treatment could effective contribute to the cilinical availability,and decreased obviously the level of IL-6. |
