| 摘 要： | 目的：考察室温下8h内，左氧氟沙星注射液与维生素C配伍稳定性。方法：采用紫外分光光度仪测定配伍后0－8h内左氧氟沙星的含量变化，紫外吸收光谱的变化及稳定性。结果：室温下8h内，左氧氟沙星注射液与维生素C配伍后外观、含量、pH均无显著变化。结论：8h内左氧氟沙星注射液与维生素C配伍基本稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the compatibility of levofloxacin ingecfion combined with vitamin C.Method:The content change of levofloxacin ingection within 0 8 hours under room temperature after combination of both drugs by UV spectrophotometry.Result:A significant change of appearence and conent had not been observed within 8 hours under room temperature,when the both drugs were combined.Conclusion:It is stable within 8 hours under room temperature after the both drugs combined. |
