| 摘 要： | 本文收集１９７９年１２月～１９８９年１２月经治的２４例外伤性肝破裂。其中男性１５例，女性９例。年龄８～６４岁，均为闭合性肝损伤，术中所见出血量５００～５０００ｍｌ。全组死亡５例，死亡率２０．８％。本文对外伤性肝破裂的诊断、治疗（包括破裂创口处理、肝动脉结扎、肝叶切除），以及合并伤的处理做了较详尽的讨论。
