| 摘 要： | 肺间质纤维化是多种弥漫性肺间质疾病的最终转归，临床上多表现为进行性呼吸困难或刺激性干咳，病情呈慢性过程，常持续进展，是呼吸系统疑难病。本文从中医理论对肺间质纤维化病名归属、病因病机、临床常见辨证分型三个方面进行浅析，旨在提高中医药防治肺间质纤维化的水平。

In this paper, traditional Chinese medicine theory of pulmonary fibrosis disease attribution, pathogenesis, clinical common Syndromes Analysis of the three aspects, Chinese medicine seeks to improve prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis level. |
