摘    要:目的:评价经阴道三维超声宫腔造影对子宫内膜病变诊断价值。方法:应用阴道方式三维超声对子宫不规则出血30例患者进行宫腔内生理盐水灌注后扫查,并与宫腔镜检查及病理结果对照。结果:18例诊断子宫内膜息肉,7例诊断粘膜下肌瘤,3例子宫内膜增生,2例子宫内膜癌。宫腔造影敏感度100%,特异度93%。结论:经阴道三维超声宫腔内灌注显影方法简便、易行,准确度高,是诊断子宫内膜病变的可行方法。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal three dimensional ultrasonic hysterography on endometrial lesions.Methods:We examined 30 women after intrauterine injection by trans-vaginal ultrasound (all of these cases suffered from uterine irregular bleeding) Then we compared the ultrasonic results with those of the hysteroscopy and pathology.Results:Eighteen cases were diagnosed as endometrial polyp,7 cases as submucous myoma,3 cases as endometrial hyperplasia and 2 cases as endometrial carcinoma.The sensitivity of hysterography was 100%,and the specificity was 90%.The sensitivity of hysteroscopy was 100%, and the specificity was 93%.Conclusions:Transvaginal three dimensional ultrasonic hysterography is a simple and convenient method with high accuracy,and can be regarded as a feasible way to diagnose endometrial lesions.
