| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体Her3和Her4在膀胱癌的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测40例膀胱癌(12例复发和28例初发)及5例正常膀胱组织的Her3和Her4表达,同时以HMIAS-2000高清晰度彩色医学图文分析,观察并比较它们的平均光度及平均灰度。结果:Her4在膀胱癌组织的表达比正常膀胱组织明显减少(P<0.05),其平均光度显著增高(P<0.05)。此外,Her3的平均光度在膀胱癌组织比正常组膀胱组织的表达明显增多(P<0.05)。结论:Her4参与膀胱癌的发生,可望作为了解膀胱癌生物学行为的一个指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of Her3 and Her4 in bladder cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP technique was adopted to detect the expression of Her3 and Her4 in 5 cases normal bladder tissues and 40 cases of bladder cancer tissues,HIMAS-2000 high definition multicolor image analysis system got the average of luminosity and ashy degree of Her3 and Her4 slices.Results:The expression of Her4 in bladder cancer tissues was significantly lower than normal bladder tissues(P<(0.05)),but the average of luminosity is higher(P<(0.05)).Further,the average of luminosity of Her3 in bladder cancer is higher than normal bladder tissues(P<(0.05)).Conclusions:Her4 be concerned with bladder cancer happened,it is indexe to evaluate the biological behavior of bladder cancer. |
