抗肝癌合剂配合肝动脉灌注化疗与栓塞治疗原发性肝癌43例疗效观察

目的:观察抗肝癌合剂配合肝动脉化疗与栓塞(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效.方法:将86例患者随机分为治疗组43例,采用抗肝癌合剂配合TACE治疗;对照组43例单用TACE治疗.结果:抗肝癌合剂配合TACE治疗原发性肝癌较单纯TACE治疗有效率提高,AFP转阴率增加,临床症状明显改善,毒副反应减少,生存期延长.结论:抗肝癌合剂配合TACE治疗原发性肝癌较单纯TACE治疗更能明显提高疗效,减轻并发症及化疗药物引起的不良反应.

Effect of the Treatment of 43 Primary Hepatocarcinoma Patients with the Combination of Anti -hepatocarcinoma Mixture with Arteria Hepatica Perfusion Chemotherapy and Embolotherapy

Objective: To observe clinical effectiveness of the treatment of primary hepatocarcinoma patients with the combination of anti-hepatocarcinoma mixture with arteria hepatica perfusion chemotherapy and embolotherapy (TACE). Methods: 86 patients were divided into one test group and one control group at random sampling. The test group was treated with the combination of anti-hepatocarcinoma mixture and TACE while the control group was treated only with TACE. Results: The effectiveness of the test group was better than that of the control group. The rate of AFP negative transfer increased. The symptom improved obviously. The side -effect decreased. The intra period extended. Conclusion: The treatment of the primary hepatocarcinoma patients with the combination of anti -hepatocarcinoma mixture and TACE has a better effect and alleviate the harmful effect of complication and embolotherapy.
