| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的动态血压特征,为相应的治疗提供理论依据。方法:应用多导睡眠监测仪和Holter心电及血压检测仪对具有打鼾症状的患者112例进行动态监测,分为单纯鼾症组与OSAHS组,对两组患者的高血压和血压昼夜节律特点进行分析。结果:OSAHS组的高血压及血压昼夜节律消失发生率高于鼾症组,两组间差异有统计学意义。结论:OSAHS可引起高血压及血压的昼夜节律改变,从而诱发心脑血管疾病的发生发展。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the characteristics of ambulatory blood pressure in the patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods: With the use of polysomnography,112 snorers were examined and divided into OSAHS and non OSAHS groups.Meanwhile,with the use of continuous Holter ECG and blood pressure(Bp) measurement,the day-to-night rhythm of Bp was compared between two groups.Result: There were significantly higher incidence of hypertension and disappearance of day-to-night rhythm of Bp in OSAHS group than in non-OSAHS group. Conclusion: OSAHS can induce hypertension and disappearance of day-to-night rhythm of Bp. |
