重庆市围生期妇女医疗情况对其生命质量的影响

[目的]调查围生期妇女的生命质量现况,以了解影响围生期妇女生命质量的各种可能的影响因素,为相关部门的工作提供科学依据。[方法]采用分层抽样的方法。在重庆市主城区、郊县14个社区卫生服务中心对前来进行产前检查、生产、产后检查的548名围生期妇女进行调查。用EPIdata建立数据库,用SAS8.0软件进行统计分析。[结果]城市的医疗情况较农村好,对医疗卫生服务不满意的原因城乡无差别,主要是收费高37.66%;态度不好25.11%;技术差11.69%,医疗服务对生命质量的影响主要距离医院远、妊娠反应严重、有妊娠合并症、年龄大和对医疗费用不满意。[结论]加强围生期宣传、完善公共卫生服务中的妇女保健工作是提高围生期妇女生命质量的重要措施。

THE EFFECT OF MEDICAL CARE ON THE QOL OF THE PERINATAL WOMEN IN CHONGQING

Objective To investigate the quality of life of perinatal women, so as to learn the influencing factors for the quality of life of perinatal women and provide scientific basis for correlated department.Methods Stratified sampling method was conducted.548 perinatal women who came to the community health service to accept prenatal examination, confinement and postnatal examination, were investigated.All dates were inputted by EPIdata, and analyzed by SAS8.0.Results The medical care in city was better than that in rural.There was no significant difference between the city and rural about the reason of dissatisfied with the health service.The main reasons were high expense accounted for 37.66% , bad attitude for 25.11%, and bad technology for 11.69%.The main effect on the QOL was the long distance from hospital, great pregnancy reaction, cosymptom with pregnancy, old age, and dissatisfied with health expense.Conclusion To reinforce the perinatal advertisement and complete the women health care were the important measures to improve the perinatal women's QOL.
