黄芪对柯萨奇病毒B_3感染小鼠心肌线粒体结构及离子泵活性的影响

目的 :观察柯萨奇病毒B3 (CVB3 )感染小鼠心肌线粒体结构和离子泵活性的变化 ,以及黄芪的治疗作用。方法 :雄性Balb/c小鼠随机分为CVB3 感染组、CVB3 感染加黄芪治疗组和对照组 ,比较线粒体超微结构及线粒体Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性。结果 :感染组线粒体结构破坏 ,Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性下降。黄芪治疗组线粒体结构破坏较轻 ,Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性较感染组高。结论 :CVB3 感染早期即可见心肌线粒体结构破坏 ,离子泵活性下降。黄芪可提高离子泵活性 ,稳定心肌线粒体膜

Effect of Astragalus Membranceus on Myocardial Mitochondrial Structure and Ionic Pump Functions in Mice Infected with CVB3

Objective: To explore the changes of myocardial mitochondrial structure and ionic pump functions in mice infected with coxsackie virus B 3(CVB 3), and to observe the interventional effect of astragalus membranceus. Methods: The male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into three groups: infection group infected with CVB 3, treatment group infected with CVB 3 and treated with astragalus membranceus and control group. The axtivity of Na K adenosine triphosphatase (Na K ATPase) and Ca 2 adenosine triphosphatase (Ca 2 ATPase) as well as the morphological of myocardial mitochondrial was investigated and compared. Results: In the infection group, the activity of mitochondrial Na K ATPase and Ca 2 ATPase declined and there were damages in mitochondria. Compared to infected group, all of thess were improved significiantly in treatment group. Conclusion: The damage of structure and decline of ionic pump functions in myocardial mitochondrial can be observed in the early stage after infected with CVB 3. Astragalus membranceus can enhance ionic pump activity and protect the membrane integrity of mitochondria.
