| 摘 要： | 目的：建立消咳宁片的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法对处方中甘草浸膏进行鉴别,采用HPLC法测定盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果：TLC鉴别方法分离度好,专属性强,盐酸麻黄碱在4.476～15.666μg/ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9995）,平均回收率为96.66%,RSD=1.36%（n=6）。结论：所建立的质量标准评价方法准确、可靠、便捷、专属性强,可有效控制消咳宁片的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the quality standard for Xiaokening Tablets. Methods：Glycyrrhiza extract in Xiaokening Tablets were identified by TLC.The Content of Ephedrine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. Results ：The identification by TLC was distict and highly specific. Ephedrine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship at the range of 4.476- 15.666 μg/ml, the average ecovery was 96.66%,RSD was 1.36%（n=6）. Conclusion：The method is reliable,accurate and specific, and can be used for the quality control of Xiaokening Tablets. |
