| 摘 要： | 慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG)是一种常见的消化系统疾病,世界卫生组织将其列为癌前病变或癌前疾病,对伴有肠腺化生(intestinal metaplasia, IM)和(或)异型增生(dysplasia,DYS)尤需重视.CAG目前尚无特异的治疗方法,我们近5年来用中医辨证治疗CAG 52例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下.
