颅脑损伤并发急性肾功能衰竭的相关因素及护理

目的:探讨颅脑损伤并发急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的发病原因及护理对策。方法:对42例颅脑损伤并发ARF患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:治愈15例,死亡27例,死亡率64.3%。结论:ARF是颅脑损伤后常见的并发症,其发生与颅脑损伤的严重程度、损伤后的低血容量、肾损害药物的使用有密切关系。护理方面应加强对生命体征,肾功能,水、电解质,酸碱平衡的监测,加强呼吸道、消化道管理和各种体外管道护理,预防感染,提高救治成功率。

Related factors and nursing of craniocerebral lesion complicated with acute renal failure

Objective: To investigate pathogenesis and nursing of craniocerebral lesion complicated with acute renal failure(ARF).Method: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 42 patients with ARF was made in the study.Results: 15 cases were cured,27 died,with mortality accounting for 64.3 %.Conclusion: ARF is a common complication following craniocerebral lesion.Its occurrence is closely correclated with the seriousness of craniocerebral lesion,hypovolemia following lesion and the application of renal damage drugs.For this reason,special care should be taken in the vital signs,renal function,electrolyte,acid-base balance,respiratory and digestive tracts.And efforts should also be made for the prevention of infection,so as to increase the rate of success in the treatment.
