多层螺旋CT重建技术在急性输尿管小结石中的应用价值

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）重建技术在急性输尿管小结石诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2012—07-2013—11间我院就诊的74例急性输尿管小结石患者，对所有患者进行超声检查、泌尿系统X线平片及CT检查，分析结果。结果：与超声及泌尿系统X线平片检查相比，CT扫描具有更高的检出率，差异均有统计学意义，分别（X^2=72．86，P〈0．05）和（X^2=62．28，P〈0．05）。结论：多层螺旋CT多平面（MPR）及曲面重建技术（CMP）能清晰显示急性输尿管小结石的病变部位、周围组织并提供多方位图像，提高了诊断的灵敏度和准确性，适合临床推广应用。

THE APPLIED VALUE OF MULTI SLICE SPIRAL CT RECONSTRUCTION TECHUIQUE IN THE DIAGONSIS OF ACUTE SMALL URETERAL CALCULUS

Objective：To explore the applied value muhilayer spiral CT （MSCT） reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of acute small ureteral calculus. Methods： Retrospectively analyzw 74 patients of acute small ureteral calculus admitted in our hospital from July 2012 to November 2013. All patients went through ultrasound scan, urinary system X- ray plain film and CT examination, the results of which were statistically analyzed. Results： Compared with ultrasound scan and urinary system X - ray plain film, CT examination has higher detection rate, the differences were statistically significant （ ^X2 = 72.86, P 〈 0.05 ） and （ X^2 = 62.28, P 〈 0.05 ） respectively. Con- clusion ： Muhilayer spiral CT , MPR and CMP technique can display the pathological changes and surrounding tissue of acute small ure- teral calculi clearly, improve the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy and are worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
