动脉造影灌注化疗栓塞在恶性骨肿瘤诊断及治疗中的价值

目的：探讨动脉造影灌注化疗栓塞在恶性骨肿瘤诊断及治疗中的价值。并同时为临床骨科择期保肢及截肢创造科学依据，提供有利条件，提高患者生存质量，延长患者生命。方法：将收治的15例恶性骨肿瘤患者行介入治疗，其中6例行单纯动脉造影灌注化疗，9例行动脉造影灌注化疗栓塞，其中6例患者介入术后1周后接受外科手术。观察术后病人临床症状和体征、定期随访。结果：恶性骨肿瘤供血动脉超选择性插管操作成功率100％，动脉造影病变范围明显大于X光、CT、MRI诊断范围，肿瘤血管消失，供血动脉闭塞，临床症状明显缓解，未出现严重的栓塞综合征反应及并发症。结论：动脉造影灌注化疗栓塞术是诊断及治疗恶性骨肿瘤的有效方法，诊断范围更明确，疗效显著，可作为恶性骨肿瘤诊断及术前新辅助化疗的一种可行性方式。

ARTERIOGRAPHY CHEMOENBLOIZATION VALUE IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF MALIGNANT BONE TUMORS

Objective： To investigate arteriography chemoembolization value in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant bone tumors. To create a scientific basis and amputation, to provide favorable conditions to improve the quality of life in patients with maling- nant bane tumers and extend the lives. Methods： From September 2005 -september 2011,15patients were treated for malignant bone tumor underwent interventional treatment,6 simple routine arteriography infusion chemotherapy,9 routine arteriography chemoemboliza- tion interiography infusion chemotherapy, including 6 patients 1 week after surgical intervention. The observed postoperative clinical signs and symptoms, regular follow - up. Results：Malignant bone tumor feeding artery selective intubation success rate was 100%, arte- riography extent of disease was significantly larger than the X - ray, CT, MRI. Diagnostic range of tumor blood vessels disappeared, feed- ing artery occlusion, the clinical symptoms were relieved, and id not appear serious embolism syndrome reaction and complications. Con- clusion： Arteriography perfusion chemoembolization is an effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant bone tumor, diag- nosis clearer significant effect, which can be used as a viable means of malignant bone tumor.
