佛山市南庄镇某村村民2013年期望寿命及其主要影响因素分析

目的了解佛山市南庄镇某村村民期望寿命及其主要死因对生命的影响。方法利用该村2013年人口学信息和死因监测数据，编制简略寿命表，计算期望寿命、去死因期望寿命及其寿命损失率。结果南庄镇该村村民的期望寿命为84．60岁，其中男性为78．36岁，女性为98．59岁；呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病和肿瘤是影响村民期望寿命的主要因素，造成的寿命损失分别为8．32％、5．28％和2．77％，其中男性村民中的寿命损失分别为4．91％、1．43％和3．28％，女性村民的寿命损失分别为10．63％、12．71％和0．88％，影响大小与死因顺位对应一致。结论加强对呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病和肿瘤等慢性病的预防和控制可以提高村民的期望寿命。

Analysis of Main Factors and Life Expectancy among Residents in a Village of Nanzhuang in Foshan in 2013

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of main causes of deaths and life expectancy among residents in a village of Nanzhuang Foshan. METHODS The demographic information and death surveillance data in 2013 was analyzed to calculate life expectancy, cause eliminated life expectancy and life lost rate by using Excel and Chiang abridged life table. RESULTS The life expectancy in a？ village of Nanzhuang in Foshan was 84.60 years, 78.36 years for male, 98.59 years for female; the respiratory diseases, circulato- ry diseases and tumor were the main factors that influenced the life expectancy, the life loss which caused was 8.32%, 5.28%, 2.77%; and 4.91%, 1.43%, 3.28% in male villagers; 10.63%, 12.71%, 0.88% in female villagers, the influence match with causes of death.CONCLUSIONS The prevention and control of chronic diseases, such as respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases and tumor, can help to improve life expectancy.
