义乌市2009-2013年婚检率与疾病检出情况分析

目的分析义乌市免费婚前医学检查结果，探讨我市免费婚检工作的情况，提高婚检率，降低出生缺陷率。方法选择2009---2013年在义乌市进行免费婚前医学检查的人员作为研究对象，对婚检结果进行分析。结果2009--2013年义乌市婚姻登记人数为69058人，实检人数为41961人，平均婚检率为60．76％，婚检率逐年下降；检出疾病总人数为5919人，疾病检出率为14．11％，内科系统疾病占45．63％，生殖系统疾病占26．02％，性传播疾病占1．30％。结论应加大宣传力度，提高群众的婚前保健知识知晓率，提倡免费强制婚检；加强婚检医生培训，提高婚检率，降低出生缺陷。

The Analysis of the Premarital Examination Rate and Disease Incidence in Yiwu from 2009 to 2013

OBJCTIVE To analyze the free premarital medical examination results in Yiwu, discuss the free premarital work situa- tion, improve the premarital medical examination rate and reduce the birth defect rate. METHODS From 2009 to 2013 in Yiwu, free premarital medical examination of the staff as the research object, the examination results were analyzed. RESULTS From 2009 to 2013 in Yiwu, the marriage registration number was 69 058 people, the actual inspection number was 41 961 people, the average rate of premarital medical examination was 60.76%, the premarital rate decreased year by year. The total number of detected dis- ease for 5 919 people, the disease detection rate was 14.11%, the department of internal medicine disease accounted for 45.63%, the reproductive system disease accounted for 26.02%, the sexually transmitted diseases accounted for 1.30%. CONCLUSION It should intensify propaganda, improve the awareness rate of premarital health care knowledge, advocate the free compulsory premari- tal medical examination, strengthen prenuptial physician training, improve the premarital medical examination rate and reduce the birth defect.
