黑龙江省2006-2010年孕产妇死亡率及死因分析

目的通过对孕产妇2006--2010年死亡资料进行分析，为卫生行政部门制定孕产妇保健策略提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法，对2006—2010年黑龙江省孕产妇死亡水平及其死亡原因进行分析。结果5年来，黑龙江省孕产妇死亡率呈逐步下降趋势，波动在30．86／10万～22．30，10万之间，我省因产科出血导致的孕产妇死亡比例降低，妊娠期高血压疾病和羊水栓塞引起的孕产妇死亡比例增加。在乡镇卫生院分娩的比例呈现逐年减少的趋势，在区县级及以上医疗机构分娩的比例逐年上升，在县级和省市级以上医院死亡的比例增加。黑龙江省孕产妇死亡率处于较低水平。结论通过加强产科建设与孕产妇系统保健管理，提高对危重孕产妇的识别能力和救治能力，进一步降低孕产妇死亡率。

Analysis of the Maternal Mortality Rate and Cause of Death in Heilongjiang Province from 2006 to 2010

OBJECTIVE To maternal death data were analyzed from 2006 to 2010, and provide scientific basis for health administra- tive departments to develop the maternal health care strategy. METHODS Retrospective study, from 2006 to 2010 in Heilongjiang Province, the level of maternal mortality and death cause analysis. RESULTS For 5 years, maternal mortality in Heilongjiang province showed a gradual downward trend, fluctuations in between 30.86/100 000 to 22.30/100 000, because my province maternal lead to obstetric hemorrhage death ratio decreased, the proportion of pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating preg- nancy and amniotic fluid embolism caused by increased death. In the township hospital delivery ratio showed a decreasing trend year by year, giving birth in the district and county level and above medical institutions ratio increased year by year, an increase in the county and provincial and municipal hospitals in the proportion of deaths. CONCLUSION The maternal mortality in Heilongjiang was in the low level. By strengthening the building of obstetrics and maternal health care management system, it improved the recogni- tion and treatment of critically ill pregnant women, further reduced maternal mortality.
