新型农村合作医疗住院受益情况分析

目的探索新型农村合作医疗制度下住院的受益情况。方法利用2005--2008年广州番禺区所有得到新型农村合作医疗报销补偿的108414次住院相关数据库，分析住院人次、次均住院费用以及实际补偿比的变化特点。结果35～64岁人群住院人次以及次均住院费用最高，65岁以上老年人在各年龄组中实际补偿比最高。实际住院费用报销比例均随年龄的增长而上升。结论本研究通过对新型农村合作医疗住院受益情况的分析，为促进和改善新型农村合作医疗筹资和支付制度提供依据。

Analysis on Benefit Status of New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme for Hospitalization

OBJECTIVE To investigate the benefit level of new rural cooperative medical scheme for hospitalization. METHODS A claim database analysis of all hospitalizations reimbursed from the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme between January 2005 and December 2008 in Panyu District of Guangzhou covering 108, 414 discharges were conducted to analyze the personal time of hospitalized patients, the average cost of each hospitalization and the actual reimbursement rate. RESULTS The highest personal time of hospitalized patients and the average cost of each hospitalization was among people aged 35-64. The highest actual reimbursement rate was among people aged over 65. The actual reimbursement rate increased with age. CONCLUSION The analysis on benefit level of new rural cooperative medical scheme for hospitalization would provide evidence for improving and promoting the financing and payment system of new rural cooperative medical scheme.
