哈尔滨市健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测分析

目的 了解哈尔滨市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为消除麻疹提供依据.方法 采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,对哈尔滨市9 788名健康人群采集血标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG抗体.结果 麻疹抗体阳性率为92.47％;＜1岁年龄组最低,仅为63.98％,8月龄仅为45.45％,1～2岁组为88.10％,＞20岁组阳性率也较低;城市组阳性率为97.29％,农村组为90.93％,二者比较差异有统计学意义.有免疫史的阳性率较高,无免疫史的阳性率较低.结论 哈尔滨市健康人群麻疹抗体阳性率较高,但0～2岁组及20岁以上人群阳性率较低,应在及时做好常规免疫的基础上,在重点人群中接种麻疹疫苗.

Surveillance of Measles Antibody Level among Healthy Population in Harbin

OBJECTIVE To understand the measles antibody level of healthy population in Harbin, so as to provide scientific strate- gies for disease elimination. METHODS To conduct serological survey among 9 788 populaton by multistage random sampling meth- od. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used in measles antibody detection. RESULTS The positive rate of mea- sles antibody was 92.47%. The positive rate in age group below 1 year was lowest, only 63.98%, in age group below 2. years were 88.10%, in age group beyond 20 years was also lower. The positive rate in city was 97.29% and in countryside was 90.93%, they had significant difference. The positive rate of antibody among vaccined persons was higher. CONCLUSION The measles antibody positive rate was high in Harbin, but the positive rate in age group below 2 years and beyond 20 years were low. It Should improve timeliness routine measles vaccination rates and vaccinate measles to focus groups.
