社区康复对脑卒中患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力的影响

目的探讨影响社区脑卒中患者运动活动能力康复效果的相关因素。方法将117例脑卒中患者随机分为康复治疗组（治疗组）和对照组，治疗组进行康复治疗和随访，对照组只进行随访。入组和治疗3个月后，采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能测评表和Barthel指数评定量表，对脑卒中患者进行运动功能及日常生活能力状况进行评定。结果治疗前两组间FMA和改良巴氏指（Modified BarthelIndex，MBI）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后两组的FMA和MBI评分与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论社区康复治疗对提高患者运动功能和MBI的恢复作用显著，可显著降低患者的依赖程度，提高生活质量。

The Influence of Community Rehabilitation on Motor Function and Activities of Daily Living of Stroke Patients

OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors on stroke patients in motor function of daily living in community rehabilitation. METHODS 117 cases of stroke were divided into rehabilitation treatment group（treatment group） and control group. The control group were followed up, while the treatment group received rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group. The motor function and activities of daily living of stroke patients were compared with Fugl-Meyer assessment and modified Barthel index. RESULTS Fugl- Meyer assesment and modified Barthel index had no significant difference before treatment in both groups （P〉0.05）. Fugl-Meyer assesment and modified Barthel index had statistical difference after treatment in both groups （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The community rehabilitation had significant function in improring patient actirity function and MBI recoverage, which could reduce dependence and improve life quality.
