摘 要: | 了解医改后广西县级公立医院卫生人力资源变化情况,为下一步公立医院改革提供建议,选取第一批公立医院试点县进行调查研究。结果发现,县级医院仍然存在人员编制不足、人力资源总量偏低和人员结构不合理等问题。建议合理确定公立医院的人员编制、完善县级医院人事和收入分配制度以及充实县级医院人才队伍结构等。

Further Suggestions and Changes on Health Human Resource in Guangxi public hospitals at the county-level after medical reform |

Abstract: | To find out the changes of health human resource at the county level public hospitals after the reform in Guangxi under carrying on the investigation to the first pilot counties, just to provide further adviees for public hospital reform. The results showed some problems about the county-level hospitals are still inadequacy of health personnel, low human resources being, unreasonable personnel structure, etc. Some advices should be taking, such as reasonably confirming public hospital personnel, improving the county hospital personnel and income distribution system and enriching the county hospital personnel structure, etc. |
