佛山市容桂社区门诊高血压患者糖代谢异常调查分析

目的 了解容桂社区门诊原发性高血压患者糖代谢异常患病率和相关危险因素.方法 抽样调查容桂社区门诊原发性高血压患者1 226例进行相关指标检测,分析原发性高血压患者糖代谢异常患病率及相关危险因素.结果 本次调查检出糖代谢异常816例,患病率为66.54％,男性患病率高于女性,患病率随着年龄的增长而增加,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.患病率随着血压的增高而增加,随着体重的增高而增加,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 容桂社区门诊原发性高血压患者糖代谢异常患病率较高,应加强对高血压的控制与干预,更要加强与糖代谢异常的共同管理.

Investigation of Abnormal Glucose Metabolism in Patients with Hypertension in Ronggui Community Outpatient of Foshan

OBJECTIV To understand the Ronggni community outpatient glucose metabolism in patients with primary hypertension prev- alence rate and related risk factors. METHODS Sampling survey of Ronggni community clinic 1 226 cases of essential hypertension,re- lated index detection, analyze glucose metabolism in patients with primaryhypertension prevalence rate and related risk factors. RE- SULTS The survey found 816 cases of abnormal sugar metabolism, the prevalence rate was 66.54%, the prevalence rate of male was higher than female, the prevalence increases with age, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Prevalence rate was increased with the increase in blood pressure, and increases with the increase of body weight, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Ronggui community outpatient glucose metabolism in patients with primaryhypertension prevalence rate was higher, should strengthen the control and intervention of hypertension, strengthen the management of common and abnormal glucose metabo- lism.
