妊娠期糖尿病糖化血红蛋白检测的临床应用

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病与糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）的关系及其临床应用价值。方法选择我院围产期门诊诊断为妊娠糖尿病（gestationaldiabetesmellitus，简称GDM）~孕妇65例为妊娠糖尿病组（GDM组），选择同期60例正常妊娠者为观察组，妊娠期糖耐量受损（gestationalimpairedglucosetolerance，GIGT）25例为糖耐量异常组，分别测定三组孕妇空腹血糖（FPG）、HbAlc及进行葡萄糖耐量试验（GcT）。结果GDM组HbAlc、GcT及FPG测定结果与正常妊娠组比较，结果均明显增高，差别有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；GIGT组与正常妊娠组各项结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论HbAlc可作为早期诊断GDM的重要指标。

Clinical Application of HbAlc for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

OBJCTIVE To discuss the relationship between gestational diabetes and glycosylated hemoglobin and its clinical value. METHODS Test the level of FPG, HbAlc and OGTT for 65 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus and 60 normal gravida. RESULTS HbAlc can be one of the signs for diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus. Gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM group） HbAlc, GCT, and the results of both the FPG compared with normal pregnancy group were significantly higher, the difference was statistical- ly significant（P〈0.01）, the group of abnormal glucose tolerance （GIGT） and normal pregnancy group had no statistical significance （P〉0.05） difference comparing. CONCLUSION Glycated hemoglobin could be used as important indicators in the early diagnosis of GDM.
