抚触疗法在缺氧缺血性脑病患儿中的应用

目的探讨抚触对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）预后的影响。方法将186例HIE患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各93例，两组患儿均采用常规药物治疗和护理，观察组加用抚触进行早期干预。观察两组HIE患儿6d、9d、12d、15d及出院时NBNA评分情况。结果两组HIE患儿在抚触第6d时，效果不显著，无统计学意义（P〉0．05），第9d至出院时NBNA分值观察组明显高于对照组。两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论HIE患儿给予早期抚触干预治疗，能促进患儿神经系统的发育，改善预后，降低伤残的发生率，有利于提高HIE患儿生长发育质量。

Application of Massage Therapy in Neonates with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

OBJECTIVE To discuss touching on the influence of the prognosis of hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy （HIE） in the newborn. METHODS 186 patients with HIE were randomly divided into trial group and control group, 93 cases for each group. All children used conventional drug treatments and nursing. The observed group use touching as a early intervention method. The two groups of children with HIE were recorded NBNA rating-scales at 6 d, 9 d, 12 d, 15 d and the off-hospital. RESULTS Two groups of children with HIE had no statistically significant difference at 6 d（P〉0.05）. However, from 9 d to the off-hospital, comparison of the NBNA rating scores, the observed group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05 ）, it had statistical significance. CONCLUSION Early touching intervention in children with HIE could promote the development of the nervous system, improve prognosis, reduce the incidence of disability and improve the quality of the growth and development of children with HIE.
