社区干预对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨社区干预对2型糖尿病患者生活方式的改变,为提高2型糖尿病患者的生活质量提供临床依据.方法 190例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组（n=95）和干预组（n=95）,对照组采用常规药物治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上给予社区综合干预,比较两组临床疗效.结果 （1）与干预前比较,两组患者干预后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均显著下降（P＜0.05）,与对照组比较,干预组干预后血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平下降更明显（P＜0.05）;干预组生活质量-总体功能评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.（2）干预组患者干预后不良饮食、吸烟、酗酒、不爱运动和心理问题均较对照组显著改善（P＜0.05）.结论 针对2型糖尿病患者采取社区综合干预可改变2型糖尿病患者的生活方式,促进患者血糖控制,并提高生活质量.

The Effect of Comprehensive Community Intervention on of Patients with Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus in Living Quality

OBJECTIVE To explore the life style change of comprehensive community intervention on patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus, and provide reference basis for improving life quality of patients. METHODS 190 cases of type-2 diabetes mellitus were di- vided into control group（n=95）and intervention group（n=95）. The patients of control group were given conventional medical treatment , and the intervention group were given comprehensive community intervention on basis of control group. The effect of two groups were compared. RESULTS （1）Compared with before treatment, the level of FBG, 2hPG and HbAle were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the intervention group decreased more significantly（P〈0.05）. The living quality scores of intervention group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. （1）The intervention group showed superiority in improving the patient＇s poor diet , smoking, excessive drinking, un-sporty and mental heahh（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The comprehensive community intervention could effectively control the blood glucose and improve the quality of life in patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus.
