健康教育对子宫肌瘤行介入治疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

目的探讨健康教育对子宫肌瘤行动脉栓塞介入（UAE）治疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择2012年1月-2014年1月间在我院行UAE治疗的子宫肌瘤患者136例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组68例。对照组采取UAE治疗及常规护理，研究组在此基础上应用健康教育干预，观察两组治疗前后抑郁自评量表（SDS）及焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分变化，应用诺丁汉健康调查表（NHP）评价两组患者健康状况。结果干预前两组患者SDS、SAS及NHP量表评分比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05），干预后两组患者SDS及SAS量表评分均显著降低，观察组SDS及SAS量表评分显著低于对照组（P〈O．01）。干预后两组NHP各项评分明显改善，观察组NHP各项评分均显著优于对照组fP〈O．01）。结论针对子宫肌瘤行UAE治疗者采取健康教育干预，可以有效改善其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，使其以最佳的身心状态配合治疗。

Effects of Health Education on Improving Anxiety and Depression of Uterus Arterial Embolization Therapy Patients

OBJCTIVE To explore the effects of health education on improving anxiety and depression of uterus arterial emboliza- tion（UAE） therapy patients. METHODS Selected 136 patients with uterine fibroids from 2012 January to 2014 January treated with UAE patients, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 68 cases. The control group ad- opted the UAE treatment routine nursing, study group added health education intervention, observed the changes of self rating De- pression Scale（SDS） and serf rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） score, Nottingham Health Questionnaire（NHP） before and after treatment. RE- SULTS Before intervention SDS, SAS and NHP scale score had no significant difference of two groups（P~0.05）, after the interven- tion the SDS and SAS score were significantly decreased, SDS and SAS scale score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）. The NHP scores improved significantly after the intervention, the NHP scores of observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The health education intervention in the treatment of uterine fi- broids UAE, could effectively improve the anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, the matching between the treatment and nursing of operation to the best state of mind.
