少数民族地区出生缺陷监测分析及干预

目的分析黔南州少数民族地区出生缺陷发生情况及其危险因素，为保护妇女儿童健康，提升全民健康水平提出有效措施。方法按照《中国妇幼卫生监测方案》，于2007--2012年对黔南州8家出生缺陷监测医院孕28周至产后7天内住院分娩的围产儿进行分析。结果黔南州6年来出生缺陷发生率呈逐年下降趋势，农村由2007年的114．84／万下降至2012年的65．16／万；出生缺陷发生率顺位为总唇裂、多指、神经管畸形、先天性脑积水和外耳畸形。结论应积极开展孕前保健、产前指导等工作，预防出生缺陷，关注母婴健康，提高出生人口素质。

Analysis and Intervention of Birth Defects Monitoring in Minority Areas

OBJECTIVE To analyze the incidence and risk factors of birth defects in Qiannan minority area, put forward effective measures to enhance the health protection of women and children health. METHODS According to the ＂China maternal and child health monitoring program＂, in Qiannan, 8 home birth defects monitoring in hospital 28 weeks pregnant at 7 days postpartum hospital maternity perinatal analysis. RESLUTS The results of the Qiannan state in 6 years the birth defect incidence decreased year by year, from 114.84/10 000 in 2007 dropped to 65.16/10 000 in 2012, the incidence of birth defects a total cleft lip, polydactyly, neural tube malformation, congenital hydrocephalus, deformity of external ear. CONCLUSION The prevention of birth defects, attention to maternal and child health, improve the birth population quality.
