脑卒中高危人群实施综合预防方案进行干预的效果及分析

目的对社区脑卒中高危人群采取综合预防方案进行健康干预，探讨该方案对脑卒中发病的影响及其干预效果。方法对社区脑卒中高危人群采取普及性宣教、个体化指导和中医药干预等综合干预措施。结果通过对社区脑卒中高危人群采取综合预防方案进行健康干预后，脑卒中患者对疾病的认知率提高，脑卒中的发病风险降低。结论对社区脑卒中高危人群采取综合预防方案进行健康干预，有利于降低社区居民脑卒中发病风险，此方案适宜在社区推广。

Community Stroke Risk Groups Integrated Prevention Intervention Analysis

OBJECTIVE Stroke risk groups in community were given health intervention by comprehensive prevention to explore the influence of the scheme for the onset of cerebral apoplexy and its intervention effect. METHODS Take universal education on community stroke risk groups, comprehensive intervention measures such as individualized guidance and intervention of traditional Chinese medicine were involved. RESULTS Stroke risk groups through the community health intervention, the plan of comprehensive prevention for patients with cerebral apoplexy disease was improved and the risk of stroke was redueed. CONCLUSION Stroke risk groups were given community health intervention based on the plan of comprehensive prevention so as to reduce the community stroke risk, which is suitable for promotion in the community.
