两种不同方法治疗成人哮喘的疗效观察

目的：探讨两种不同方法治疗成人哮喘的临床效果。方法：将2008年1月至2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的哮喘患者56例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予普米克令舒联合博利康尼治疗,对照组给予沙美特罗联合丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂。结果：两组患者FEV1、FEV1百分比均较治疗前改善,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者FEV1、FEV1百分比较对照组明显改善,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组患者在咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、气促消失时间以及哮鸣音消失时间方面明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率为96.42%,对照组为82.14%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：普米克令舒联合博利康尼在治疗成人中重度哮喘中疗效优于沙美特罗联合丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂,值得应用。

Observation on the Effect of Two Ways in Treating Adult with Suffocative Catarrh

Objective：To investigate the effect of two ways in treating adult with suffocative catarrh.Method：The 56 cases with suffocative catarrh in our hospital from January in 2008 to January in 2009 were divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group received the treatment of pulmicort combined with terbutaline and the control group received the treatment of salmeterol combined with fluticasone propionate.Result：The FEV1 and the percentage of FEV1 in two groups after treatment was superior to that before treatment,and there was significant difference in them respectively（P〈0.05）.The FEV1 and the percentage of FEV1 in the observation group was superior to that in control group,and there was significant difference in them respectively（P〈0.05）.The dispearing time of cough,aschypnea and wheezing rale in the observation group was superior to that in control group,and there was significant difference in them respectively（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 96.42% in observation group and 82.14% in control group,and there was significant difference in them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of pulmicort combined with terbutaline in treating adult with suffocative catarrh is superior to that of salmeterol combined with fluticasone propionate,so they are worth being used widly.
