ZD立体定向手术系统的临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨ZD(Zamorano-Dujovny)立体定手术系统的临床应用。方法:采用ZD立体手术系统,将CT扫描的资料输入计算机工作站,STP软件对病灶进行精确的测量定位,制定治疗计划后,对78例位于脑深部或位于运动区的颅内病灶进行定向手术。结果:ZD系统可迅速对脑深部的小型病灶精确定位,本组所有的病灶均做到一次性定向成功,未出现永久性的手术并发症。结论:应用ZD系统行脑深部及运动区的立体定向手

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical application fo ZD stereotactic surgery system for treament of the intracranial lesions. Methods:Seventy eight patients with deep-seated or cortical motor area intracranial lesions were operated by ZD stereotactic surgery system.The CT data was transferred directly to the computer workstation and then the volume of the mass lesion can be measured and localized accurately with STP software. Results:This system enable users of ZD to easily access small, deep intracranial lesions .In all the patients, total removal of the mass lesions was achieved without permanent complications.Conclusion:The stereotactic procedure for brain lesions of deep-seated and cortical motor area becomes much safe and effective.
