使用脑保护装置支架置入治疗颈动脉狭窄

目的 总结在使用脑保护装置下进行颈动脉狭窄支架成形术的临床经验。方法 回顾分析37例症状性颈动脉狭窄病人行血管内支架成形术，支架置入前全部通过狭窄释放脑保护装置，37例病人随访2-23个月。结果37例病人支架置入成功，脑保护装置全部收回，5倒病人出现术中心动过缓，3例病人血压下降，1例术中TIA发作、2min后症状消失，1例术中血管轻度痉挛、经罂粟碱治疗后恢复，无死亡病例。全部病人随访无复发。结论 血管内支架置入治疗颈动脉狭窄疗效肯定，使用脑保护装置能提高支架置入术的安全性。

Treatment of carotid artery stegnosis using stent by cerebral protection device

Objective] To summarize clinical experience of using stent in carotid artery stegnosis patiant by cerebral protection device.Methods] To review 37 patiant with carotid artery stegnosis that were treated by stent and cerebral protection device(CPD),all patiant following up 2~23 month.Results] All 37 patients had been successfully placed in stent and taken back all CPD.But within operation,5 case had bradycardia;3 case had blood pressure decrease;1 case had transient ischemia attach(TIA)and stopped after 2 minutes;1 case had slightly artery spasm and recovery by using papaverine,had not decease and recurrence by following up.Conclusion] Treatment of carotid artery stegnosis using stent had affirmative therapeutic effect and to ensure security of operation by using CPD.
