摘    要:目的:设计一种实现基于无线数据传输的动态心电Hoher系统。方法:利用低功耗MSP430F149单片机控制无线通信模块MC35I,在心电监护端,该系统将暂存在SD卡中的心电数据通过无线网络以短消息的形式发送给远程接收端,远程接收端通过数据整合将接收到的短消息还原为完整的心电数据文件。结果:在远程心电数据分析系统上实现心电数据的回放与分析。危急状况下该系统还能自动发送报警短消息通知患者亲属或医生等相关人员。结论:该系统经临床初步应用,性能稳定,抗干扰性强,特别适用于危重患者监护。

Abstract:Objective To design an ECG Holter system based on wireless data communication. Methods The system utilized low power microcontroller MSP430F149 to achieve wireless data transmission by module MC35I. ECG data which stored temporarily in SD card were transmitted in the form of SMS through wireless networks. The received messages were converted into intact files of ECG by data integration. Results It realizes ECG playback, analysis and can send messages automatically to inform relatives and doctors. Conclusion The preliminary clinical application indicates that the Holter has stable performance and strong anti-interference ability, and especially suitable for critical patient care.
