| 摘 要： | 近年来,纤维支气管镜被广泛应用于儿童肺部疾病的诊断和治疗。由于其属于侵入性操作,麻醉风险较高。特别是气道高反应患儿,操作中常会发生气道不良事件,如屏气、咳嗽、血氧饱和度下降及检查中断等。本文就气道高反应患儿行纤支镜检查时的特点以及降低其不良反应的方法进行阐述。

| Abstract: | In recent years,fiberoptic bronchoscopy is widely applied to the diagnosis and treatment of lung disease in children.The risk of anesthesia for fiberoptic bronchoscopy is high owing to the invasive operation,especially for the airway hyperresponsiveness children,adverse events may occur,such as breathless,cough,oxygen desaturation and interruption.This paper reviews the characteristics of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in children with airway hyperresponsiveness and the methods to reduce the adverse reactions. |
