毒素清对肺炎双球菌肺炎老龄大鼠小肠分泌型IgA和肿瘤坏死因子的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨老年肺炎时小肠损伤的发病机制与复方中药制剂毒素清对其的作用。方法 取SD大鼠随机分为对照组和模型组、头孢氨苄组及毒素清高、低剂量组。除对照组外,其余各组均制成肺炎双球菌肺炎模型,对照组、模型组灌胃生理盐水,其余各组分别灌胃相应的药物。观察肺组织病理改变及肺脏和小肠组织含水量,肠内容物slgA、1gA含量,小肠组织TNF含量。结果 肺炎大鼠的肺组织损伤和肺脏、小肠组织含水量增高;模型组肠内容物slgA含量的降低、小肠组织TNF含量的增高较对照组显著;与模型组比较,各用药组肺组织病理损伤明显改善,肠内容物slgA含量增高,肺脏、小肠组织含水量及小肠组织TNF含量降低,slgA含量由高至低依次为高剂量组、低剂量组、头孢氨苄组。结论 TNF增多和slgA减少与肺炎肠道损伤的发生发展有密切关系。毒素清对肺炎小肠损伤的保护作用机制与其降低TNF和提高slgA有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the pathogenic mechanism on intestinal injury in the aged rat with pneumonia and the effect of Dusuqing on it. Methods: Duplicated the model of rats with pneumococcus pneumonia and divided rats into aged controlled group(ACG), aged model group(AMG), high dosage group of Dusuqing (HDC), low dosage group of Dusuqing (LDG) and ce-falexin group (CG) . It was observed that the pathological changes of lung tissue and intestine, the sIgA and IgA Level of intestinal contents, and the TNF content in intestine. Results: The lung and intestinal tissue injury in the AMG was serious. Compared with those in the ACG, the decrease of sIgA content, the increase of intestinal TNF were obvious in the AMG. The pathological change of lung tissue became better, the level of sIgA increased, the content of intestinal TNF decreased in the HDG, the LDG and the CG than those in the AMG. Conclusion; The increase on TNF content and the decrease of slgA was related with intestinal injury in rat with pneumonia. The effect mechanism of Dusuqing on intestinal injury in the aged rat with pneumonia concerned with its decreasing TNF content and increasing the level of sIgA.
