| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨染色体异常与习惯性流产的关系。【方法】检测 47对习惯性流产夫妇的外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型。【结果】 47对习惯性流产夫妇中 ,发现 9例染色体异常 ,其中男性占 5例 ,女性 4例 ,包括有染色体异常 (平衡易位 1例 )和染色体变异 (9号染色体臂间倒位 4例 ,大Y1例 ,大Y合并 1qh 1例 ,Yp 2例 )。【结论】习惯性流产除了与染色体异常有关外 ,与染色体异态性也有关联 ,而与流产夫妇的性别无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the relation of chromosome and habitual abortion. Method The chromosome of circular lymphocytes in 47 couples with habitual abortion was detected. Result Abnormal chromosome was found in 9 cases,5 males and 4 females. The chromosomal aberration i.e. t(7,15)] and polymorphism(including inv(9), Yp , Yq and 1qh ). Conclusion The habitual abortion is associated with chromosomal aberration and polymorphism, but has no association with the sex of the couples with habitnal abortion. |
