| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方洁肤净洗剂中粉防己碱的含量测定方法。方法采用薄层扫描法,薄层板:硅胶G薄层板,展开剂:氯仿-甲苯-乙醇-浓氨水(10∶5∶2∶0.5),显色方法:稀碘化铋钾溶液显色。结果粉防己碱在1.0～4.0μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系。平均回收率为102.1%,RSD为1.0%。结论此方法准确、可靠,可用于复方洁肤净洗剂中粉防己碱的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method to determine the content of tetrandrine in Fufang Jiefujing Xiji.Methods TLSC was used with silica gel G thin layer planet.chloroform-toluene-ethanol-water（15∶40∶22∶10）was used as spread solvent and 10%H2SO4/ETOH solution used as display solvent.Results A good linear range of tetrandrine was shown at the concentration from1.0～4.0 μg.The average recovery was 102.1% and the RSD was 1.0%.Conclusion The method was accurate and credible.It can be used to determine the content of tetrandrine in Fufang Jiefujing Xiji. |
